Refund Policy

Returns

We only return and refund if the product is damaged or by our fault we shipped the incorrect size/color. Please, double check that you are ordering the correct size and color when ordering, as we do not return this items. 

Our policy lasts 15 days from date of arrival. If 15 days have gone by since you recieved your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please email us with photos and your order number at veebeeventures@gmail.com, outlining if the product is damaged or it/they are the incorrect size or color as ordered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our customer service department will reply via email after we receive your email and offer further instructions to have the problem rectified quickly.

You will have two choices, 

1. Full Refund or

2. Re-shipping of correct/un-damaged product. 

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If an exchange is approved, then the correct product will be shipped out immediately to the original address on your account.
